If I could afford to eat Costa Vida every day, I would.

I like the app. Sometimes I have to put the barcode in manually but no big deal

I personally liked the card better,they could just swipe it at time of purchase,now if your not on top of it you dont get points,its essentially pointless and useless... I love Costa vida and their food and eat there frequently because my work is across the street but really I dont think you get much benefits from this point system like before...

I like being able to see my points and progress but the receipts/barcode never want to scan. I almost always have to enter it manually. Sometimes that doesnt even work as its hard to tell what the numbers are if the ink is not fresh. Could definitely use some improvements.

Love the new process and I havent had any problems with the bar code reader.

Ive really enjoyed the new app. I have too many reward cards cluttering my wallet. I had problems with it scanning the barcode at first, but lately its been fine -- scans fast, so its great!

Installed easily and is easy to use. Scan bar code on receipt and accumulate points. When enough have been earned, its easy to use reward points toward a purchase at the cash register. I cant think of anything to complain about.

LOVE this restaurant & all of the hardworking folks working there!! They are friendly & make delicious food!! Thank you! The app works about 85% of the time, but if you email Support they are very quick to respond and they reward you with the points you shouldve earned, plus some for the inconvenience. I will give it 4/5 stars for that reason.

The food is good. I just wish the location I went to would plan the food prep better. Several times weve gone later on in the evening and theyve been out of steak. Other than that, things are great!

I do not like this new system. It is completely onerous and exclusive. Now everyone who wants to participate needs a smart phone?

My favorite fast restaurant. The app is really awesome. I used to forget to bring my card. I hate having a bulky wallet full of rewards cards.

Costa Vida is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is so good and the app works like a charm. Love stacking up my reward points and cashing them in.

It is a good app better than using the cards!

I love this place so much! Hands down the best ever and will NEVER go anywhere else.. Buh bye chipotle and Qdoba!! I go a couple times a week!
