I had a few times when the barcode wont scan. Glitchy!! Also I paid for my meal, then had to go back and make another purchase and it wont let me scan a second receipt in the same day. I understand to protect fraudulent multiple scans. But there must be a way to program the ability to do a second purchase. Because sometimes I eat lunch and dinner at Costa Vida. I guess Ill have to go to Cafe Rio for dinner because I can get a stamp each time. Any suggestions?

I Love Costa Vida, food is great! Only issues I have with app are wont let me scan more than one purchase per day and can only survey once a week. I eat here enough I can have totally different customer service experiences in the same week.

I love Costa Vida! You have to love a restaurant that has amazing food, great service and with a rewards program! Not to mention all the free food you get by taking their surveys on the back of their receipts! Costa Vida por mi vida!

Barcode scanner is super sensitive so earning rewards points is super easy!

I have had the app since Oct. 2015 its convenient however, I have yet to be able to scan my receipt. I always have to enter it manually. I dont know if its the app or quality of printing on receipts.

A visit to the Cedar City Costa is our weekly family tradition! We all love it!
