Awesome place, food and atmosphere!

I like the app but dont appreciate that twice now they didnt give me the receipt so then 0 points for those transactions. I usually did better to remember the card, but then theyd "Always" mix up points vs $$ on the dang card! Apparently I have to remember to ask for it each time to make sure I get it. Either that or they ask if you want it. Shouldnt it be standard procedure to give every customer their receipt no matter the purchase or where, which business etc?

This burrito makes Chipotles look STOOPID! Amazing food!

I like be using the app and getting rewards! I love the extras and surveys you can take to get extra goodies!

LOVE this place. Great friendly staff and the food is delicious. I eat here all the time. Only wish i did not have to save my receipt to get the free chips/salsa. Should make the app save the info.

Its great for tracking rewards and notifications but really stinks as far as ordering on line, in this area it is poorly designed and impossible to use.

I am not impressed with this app. I went to scan in my receipt for 439.85 and it says due to conductivity issues it can not scan my barcode. So it gives me an email to send a copy of the receipt to and explain my problem. The email firm will not allow me to add a picture. So I send the picture anyway only to have it bounce back because the address does not exist. I liked the loyalty card much better.

I love their food so much. My favorite place. This app is awesome how you can always see how much credit you have. It takes a bit to get use to but if your not a bozo its great.

This is my favorite place to eat. Only wish i could eat there more often. Nice to have the app to keep track of points earned towards food. One less card to keep in the wallet..

When ordering it gives you checkboxes that say "no lettuce" "no Pico". I left them unchecked because I wanted it, but didnt get it. I was told to check them if I want it. Confusing to me why its worded that way. They should take the word "no" off!!

The bar scan does not work. The error "Cannot connect to server", happens all the time. Accessing "My Account" immediately logs me out of the app. I am very disappointed in this major downgrade in Costa Vidas rewards program.

I love Costa vida! And I dont know if this was the employees fault or not, but I had the coupon code for a free small chips and queso, I opened it up on my app to redeem, gave the code to employee, and it said that it was already redeemed?! Like what?! So I had to pay for it. After I ate lunch, I checked my email and it told me congratulations for redeeming my chips and queso! But it wasnt redeemed and it kind of made me upset. So maybe something needs to be worked out with the app and codes? I dont know. But now the coupon is gone and I wasnt able to redeem it :(

Costa vida is forcing their customers to use this app. Let me just say this is a huge mistake as the app is glitchy. One time I bought food costing over 20 bucks and when I went to redeem the points it said "sorry we cant find this in our database" so no points! The cards werent the best but atleast they worked! Because of this app I visit Costa vida less and less.

There is a Costa Vida 10 minutes away from my house... Yet it says there are none at the location. Hell I tried a broader keyword search "United States" and it says none are here! Very bad app. Maybe work on it more before releasing it on the app store

I get that this was built by a web-centric solution like PhoneGap or similar, but theres no excuse for a new app to not take full advantage of the screen on the 6 Plus models. Just blowing things up is terrible. Also, having the ordering section of the app display the mobile site in a frame is clunky and ugly. However, the rewards functionality works, and thats the most important.

I like not having to carry a card to earn and redeem awards, but the barcode scanner on this app never works. I always have to type in the barcode number by hand.

It didnt allow me to redeem my free chips and queso but has been a good app other than that.
